Full Kitchen replacement consisting of all new flooring, all walls cladded in new white hygienic wall boards , All new ceilings , full new extraction ventilation along with all new appliance's. Totally transforming the old unused kitchen and replacing it with a new fully equipped working kitchen and dinning room for the school. all new Mechanical and electrical services to the kitchen, store, offices and dinning areas. All new ceilings throughout. New access ramp to the dining areas.
FRA works consisting of all 38 fire doors replaced with new fire door sets fully compliant with the new regulations with all compartmentation works to help prevent fire spread. New ceilings along with roof repairs.
Full replacement of existing windows with new powder coated windows fully compliant and more energy efficient, Replacement of all the 36 fire doors and replace with all new fire door sets. Fire compartmentation works to many areas of the block to help prevent fire spread.
Removal and replacement of all 27 fire doors and replace all with new full fire door sets along with compartmentation works above the existing ceilings to prevent any fire spreading.
